suggestions on good beach cottage in resort in chennai (not in mahabalipuram)?

we are planning for stay during end Nov, family of 5, need to stay close to chennai. appreciate suggestions. prefer an economical resort

MGM East woods
VGP Golden Beach
Blue Lagoon
Fisherman Cove

Alternate option is that you can hire private bun glows or apartments in Peasant Nagar, Neelangarai etc.. . for longer stay
