How does a Virginia Beach vacation sound right about now?

i don’t know how the weather will be is the beach even open? if it is is the water it really cold? can people get in the water about this date? planning on going this Friday thank you!

Well its kind of raining all the week so I suggest to make it next month. Good luck!
