I’ve heard I take I-50 to placerville, but I don’t know the exit. hope to hear from you soon.

There are several possibilities to consider. Maybe you were thinking of Laguna Del Sol Nudist resort. See link below.

Rangers from the California State department of Parks have stated that nude bathing on the American River is banned.

There a couple of private nudist beaches on the lakes just north of Placerville. I think you should search for nudist organizations, or ask at the Laguna Del Sol Nudist Resort for info.

   placerville? the only "nudist beach" i know of, is a little spot at folsom lake.
