If he’s really your friend you should respond "Never tried it but I’m down for anything!" Being nudist doesn’t change who he was yesterday and it’s not going to change the friend he always has been for you. Try to be more open about it. Tons of people are nudists and attend nudist beaches every day so maybe you could be supportive and go with him. Plus if he is like any other guy I know, he probably is only going to look at girls tits, seems like you could benefit from that too.
