Is it legal to film naked people at a nudist beach?

I filmed my trip to a nudist beach but I don’t know if it’s against the law in Oregon?

Once again, just because something might be legal, doesn’t mean it isn’t going to upset other people. I’ve seen things get pretty ugly when someone tried to take pictures at such places.

As long as you don’t post it on the internet, you should be safe.

You post someone who is naked on the web, and it spreads like wildfire….

Private nudist resorts have a policy against photography or videos, they don’t want their clients showing up on the internet naked. I would assume that on a public nude beach if you show up nude you takes your chances of someone filming or photographing you. It is a public place. I would think from there the normal laws about photographing or filming someone would apply. If you want to use it for commercial purposes you would need a release form from the people in it. If it is for your own personal viewing you wouldn’t.

It’s not illegal, but it’s SERIOUSLY frowned on unless you have their permission.
