When fundamentalists prevent Catholics from opening a nudist beach open to all religions, isn’t that a crime?

It is not freedom of religion as guaranteed under the Constitution.

Catholics have done their share of trying to close down nude beaches also. The existence or use of a nude beach doesn’t express one’s religious views, one way or the other. Hence, freedom of religion isn’t an issue. Freedom of expression, of expressing yourself by just being in one’s own natural form, is more relevant.
