In GTA-VC why does the small point of house located at ocean beach never move away from the map?

I tried to look for a lot of things in the house located at ocean beach but i could not find any things. Are there any missions or any things we have to collect from there?

It is just to show you where your save point is! There is a mission or two that start there, but when they are active you will see the pink marker that you walk into to start the mission.
