Is the ocean/beach to big for everyone in it to get eletrocuted? How many eletrics must fall in there for the people inside to get eletrocuted?

Every living thing touching the sea dies. What do you think? It affects a few yards around it, but it won’t kill people. Same if lightning strikes the water.
