I collected a whole bunch of shells at a beach and need some ideas on what to do with them. I need an idea that i can use in my room to express the theme "beach". All the help is needed. thanks!
Sounds cool. I glued some shells to a lamp shade, turned out pretty. There are some cool ideas at some of the seashell sites online. You could drill holes in them and make a seashell curtain, decorate a plain box, and check out "sailor’s valentines"…very pretty. Google up some ideas by just searching for seashell decorations.

Glue them to a glass jar, then put a cande in it. that would be pretty!
References :
they should not be used in the tank…they can make the water very vary hard as they add lots of calcium to the water…..so i would get fake shells for the tank…….and have a white sand substrate….and some fake Palm trees would be awesome
References :
decorate picture frames with them….. (glue)
mirrors…. (glue)
window sills… (glue or you could just arrange them)
shelves….. (ditto w/window sills)
=D
References :
you can glue them in a pretty pattern on a picture frame with a picture of you at the beach or a sunset at the beach in it or something
